As women, I think we often refer to “balance” and something we are constantly in search of, but never fully obtain. I love this segment because Caitlin talks about “playing with balance,” which is a new way for me to think of it–I had never considered before I could play with balance. I think of it as something I need to structure. In addition to that play, Caitlin admits the reality women face daily of “wearing different hats,” and I love that she uses this idea to more fully explain her experience as a fine artist. What can art and the painting process teach us about the business and process of living our lives? As one who is resistant to change, I like what Caitlin has to say about it.
